Sorry for the late reply. I have received the dataset as a part of competition. The original size was 1280x1280. I have also tried to find free labelled data of satellite image for building, which I couldn’t specifically find. Only way that I feel was switching to the terrain mode on Google maps for the area you want to train for and creating your dataset. I would again request you to kindly also check the privacy and legalities with the form of data creation. Once you have 50 to 70 images you can train U-Net. Then you need to do post -processing on the predicted results to create a smooth mask(well connected edges). Then train again on those labelled image.
